I have a problem saving in my Photoshop CS3 extended. It seems when I use the Save As, the save as window appears then it disappears, after that leaving my Photoshop to freeze.

Anyone experiencing this? Anyone know how to solve this problem? It suddenly appeared. Not sure whether it was a Norton Internet Security update or a windows update.

Any advice appreciated. Thanks

It may be that it’s appearing off-screen. Try hitting ESC and saving again. Or, this FAQ may help (even though it’s for Illustrator CS2)

If all else fails, trash the preferences (instructions in the FAQs).
