History Panel dissapeared in PS CS4…

I’m running XP with Photoshop CS4.
I stepped away from Photoshop for a while but when I came back I can’t seem to find my history panel…
Since it’s been a while since I’ve used Photoshop, I’ll be happy to just reset all my panels (in an attempt to get the history panel back) but I can’t seem to figure that out either.
Any help would be appreciated.
