Cropping Problem in CS4

For some reason when I try to crop in CS4 it totally removes the image and I have nothing….. I box the part I want with the crop tool and hit enter and the image is gone.. not cropped gone… If I do a CTRL-Z to reverse the command it is back…

Any ideas…

I’ve not heard of that one before. When you select the crop tool, is there any numbers in the boxes in the tool bar? If so, click on Clear on that toolbar then try the crop again.

BINGO…that was the problem Geoff…..
I deleted all the presets because I will most likely never use them and cleared the box…. works like a charm now…
