Any Fixes for PS CS?

I’m working on a project were I need to organize a file with main layers and sub-layers all put in many folders. After making, coping, and moving items it suddenly stops letting me more items at all. I can’t move them in to other folders or above any other layer. I have to restart all the time because of this. Any one else have this problem? Any fixes?

Here is an added note: the folders go 5 deep and there is upwards of 200 sets

Could the promblem lay in that there is set limit of the nuber of folder can be in a PS file?

Nested layer sets are limited to be nested only 5 deep. There is no practical limit to the number of layers or sets you can have. You system memory and patience will limit you first.

Well if i’m not going more then nest layers deep and it’s only 9.3 mb big, what would be the problem? i have a gb of ram, and one of the first things i checked was to se how much ram was being used. and only 60% of cpu usesage and half of my ram is being used. It’s that the layer that i’m trying to nest is going to the 3 nested level. and in other nested areas it can still make more. It’s more of that it just won’t let me drag it in to nest it. thanks for you help. can you think of any thing else?
