Photoshop print problem

When I print out Photoshop work, the space between there is a faint pale yellow print over all of the output. Most prominent if there is a white space. All of my other output from Microsoft and other graphic programs is fine. Any ideas as to what is causing this and how to fix it. I am using the Photoshop RGB defaults.

Your color profiles or color management settings are wrong. Read the chapter on "Color Management" in your Photoshop manual for information about color management and color profiles.
