Will Plug-Ins for Photoshop 5.5 work with Photoshop CS

Hello All … I have numerous plug-ins for Photoshop 5.5 (Eye Candy 4000, KPT 6 and 7 and several others). I use somoe of them regularly and others not so much.

I am thinking about an upgrade to CS. Will my filters work in CS?

KPT 6 works on cs for me, but the benifits of CS far out way your plugins.

all the alien skin plugs work in cs. as well as kpt 3,5 and 6. don’t know about 7.

I just recently found my old Genesis FX Lens Flare Filter on an old Zip disc I had laying around…and it still works!
But it’s only the core program, without all the extra downloaded packs of ..gfx add-on filter files.
And after doing a search found the company out of business or something, and the extra packs no longer available.
Does anyone out there have any of these .gfx files they wouldn’t mind sending to me?
