I see there’s a new version of photoshop elements out (v4). Is it much of an improvement over version 3 ?

I’m sure it is the greeatest thing since sliced bread. After all, every upgrade is…until the next one comes out!

Does it have new feateures you want? If not, why waste your money keeping Adobe in Ferraris?
