I have actually seen this guy personally, When I was there he was doing a much more impressive walk that was about 10 ft long with a big pile of glass, he also did it while carrying a volunteer from the crowd. It was a pretty good act, you could hear the glass crunching and everything. I am pretty sure he does it with some sort of softer plastic shards covering the real glass on the bottom, but it’s a convincing demo and he does have pretty gnarly feet.

I work with glass a lot. It doesn’t take long for it to stop scaring you.

It’s when it hits you from a distance that it can be really dangerous, then it slices you bad, but walking on it, no. Not really.
