Hello,
I’m working with ImageReady, creating a circular menu for a webpage. I would like the menu, which has only four choices, to rotate clockwise, continuously until rollover. I know how to stop the rotation with a rollover effect but I cannot for the life of me get the rotation to work properly. I have 4 rasterized text layers linked, I create a new frame and then rotate those four in the 2nd frame–but they also change in the first frame…not good. I just want the text layers to slowly rotate within a circle…I thought it would be a simple task, even it I had to move the linked text layers in 10 degree increments and tween 10 frames between each position…but I can’t even get the first frame to remain stationary…ImageReady help gives me nothing, in fact it says by default all changes made with the layer palette will not globally affect the frames unless I’m working in frame one of the normal state (which I’m not).
Has any made a rotating animation before? How can I make the layers in frame 2 move without moving those in frame 1? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Aaron Miller
