Whenever I try to run anything on the Photoshop "Help" menu I get an error message, "Adobe Help cannot start. Model subsystem returned this error: 1105."
After clicking the "OK" button, another message — "The operation could not be completed" appears, followed by "The instruction at ‘0x00864a4d’ referenced memory at ‘0x00e50b08’. The memory could not be ‘written’. Click on OK to terminate the program."
Does anyone know what I can do to fix this short of rolling back my OS to an earlier Restore Point (it didn’t help) or reinstalling Photoshop (which also didn’t help)?
This is running on a pretty recent Clean Install of Windows XP-SP2. How can I make my Photoshop CS2 "Help" work?
