how to make a picture of building into a wireframe?

Guys, I wonder could photoshop make a photograph of a building or let say interior of a building looks like a wireframe without having make it all from square one using 3d software?

A photograph could be made into an outline but you would have to create hidden lines and clean the whole thing up.

I would use the photograph as a template to create the wire-frame in a vector program.
