hello
at the window of camera raw there is the option of
white balance (the droper) but it says white balance and when i click on the image of what sopose to be white it
distorts the image, by the contrary it works in the black, clicking at the black it works fine, whats wrong??

"white balance" is poorly named, think of it as color balance. When you click on an area with the eyedropper it uses that point as a neutral color (white, gray, black) and adjusts the image to make that point neutral. It does not try to make it white. Many photographers include a photographic 18% gray card in the image (or in 1 image of the same lighting) to provide a neutral point to sample.

Click anywhere that is a neutral tone: white, grey or black. The plug-in makes the R,G & B values the same and changes the rest of the colors in image the same amount. It does NOT change the lightness or darkness of the image.
