Adobe installation initializer that looks like a copying files dialog box disappears on Windows vista Ultimate. Photoshop installs on XP pro but why not on vista? is this a bug?

I don’t have Vista, but the advice usually given is to ensure you have full administrator privileges and turn off UAC until you have finished installation and activation.
