While rearranging files and folders in CS3 bridge one of the subfolders of a photoshoot suddenly disappeared – with all its contents (650 NEF files with XMP sidecars).
The folder did not appear in recycle bin; nor anywhere else. I found the lost folder using "Undelete plus" – and could recover most files – but I dare not use CS3 bridge again.

This has happened once before when I was still learning how to use bridge – at the time I thought it was my fault.
Through Google I found two references to people who had the same problem.

Anyone experience this before?

This is not an isolated case. Go and look in the Bridge forum.

Since losing some data I never move (or rename) folders in Bridge.

Yet another black mark for Adobe!
