How do I make Text 100% black in cmyk mode? It always ends up as 4 color black after saving.

Are you sure the image is actually CMYK and that your just not just ‘looking’ at the CMYK palette?

How do I make Text 100% black in cmyk mode? It always ends up as 4 color black after saving.

Put these values in the color picker.

C = 0%
M = 0%
Y = 0%
K = 100%
