I’ve read about saving templates to add image info to files and I’m assuming that I can record an action to add the same infor to a set of shots or a folder, but once all this imfo is attached to the fileis there anyway to generate a list showing file names and keywords or other info?

As far as I know, you could only do this through scripting.
