Hi
I need to capture approximately 800 staff members signatures, so they can be stored electronically and used on forms/letters etc. Setting aside the security implications, what would the easiest and most cost effective way of doing this? I was thinking of simply passing an A4 sheet of paper around (at staff team meetings), with grid borders and asking staff to sign within each box, then scanning with a flatbed scanner and Photoshop.
Is this a viable option, or would there be a better approach? Thanks
