I have the full version of Photoshop 5.5 and I have upgraded with 7.0 – CS – CS2. Can I still do a upgrade to CS3 with the programs I have? I would appreciate if someone could answer this for me.

Yes, you can upgrade to CS3 as regular upgrading price.
