I am running PE2 on an iBook with OS10.3.2. A few minutes after opening Elements I get the following error message:
"Could not complete the request because the file is locked. Use the ‘Get Info’ command in the Finder to unlock the file."
A few minutes after I click OK, this error message appears again. After clicking OK again, the message does not reappear until the next time I open Elements.
There is another account on this iBook but the error message does not appear when Elements is opened within that account.
How can I prevent the error message appearing? Should I deinstall Elements & preferences files and start again?
