I got Elements with my digital rebel. I had to reformat my hard drive and now I can’t find my serial number to reload it. What can I do?

Look for your number or you can call Adobe if you registered your product.

I also got a copy with my Canon … the serial number was on the back of the CD paper cover.

I had registered it. So I called adobe Customer service and she gave me my Serial number. YES!!! Wrote it on the disc with a Sharpie!!!
