I bought "The Missing Manual" by Barbara Brundage (40 bucks at Barnes & Noble) and have found it very useful. Also, if you pay the $50 subscription fee at http://www.photoshopelementsuser.com/index.php you can take advantage of a bunch of tutorials. You can register and browse the discussion groups without subscribing.
