Image Ready CS HELP !!!!

I have a problem. When i starts Image Ready (Windows XP)it is loading when i saw START SPLASH OF image ready it close :|. When I strat Image ready it is loading and next close. HELP ME 😀

Try deleting the IR preference file (Adobe ImageReady CS Prefs) in the :

%system%\Documents and Settings\~Username\Application
Data\Adobe\ImageReady\CS\Settings folder.

Have you tried uninstalling Photoshop from C/Panel Add/Remove programs, deleting the whole of the Photoshop CS folder tree and then re-installing?
