PSD Thumbnails

You will need to install some dll files and edit the registry. Google psicon.dll and aiicon.dll (you’ll need both for CS2 & CS3) and you’ll find a number of websites with instructions and links to the necessary dll & reg files.

I have both of those files. They are part of Photoshop 7.01 (still on my machine). I just need to know how to get them working again since I removed the trial version of CS3.

Just reload PS7 over the top will replace the missing files.
