Issues in Adobe Photoshop CS3.

Hi,

My Adobe Photoshop CS3 is not allowing me to open the required files.

* The short-cut key "Ctrl+O" is not working. [The pop-up window displays for half second and then its disappering]
* In the "File" menu, "Open" option is not working.

Initially I reinstalled the software and then uninstalled the software and again reinstalled… But all the efforts went in-vain.

What do you think? How do I fix this typo?
