I am about to place an order with B&H for Photoshop CS4 and a Wacom tablet. The Wacom package includes Photoshop Elements 6. Therefore, have I to buy the full Photoshop CS4 (Mfr # 65015634 B&H # ADPSCS4W ) or can I use the "Upsell from Photoshop Elements" (Mfr # 65017861 B&H # ADUPSCS4EUW) to get the full Photoshop CS4?

You should be able to use the upsell. Check with Adobe first.

I did that earlier this week and the Photoshop CS4 upgrade from Photoshop Elements 6 installed just fine.
